There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us and how our website works.
We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line if you have an inquiry about anything you like in the galleries.
Please refer to the instructions below, and if further clarification is required, please click on any links which will take you to more information in the Frequently Asked Questions section.
Art Rotator will not act as auctioneer, negotiator or appraiser, and responsibility for art payment, packaging, shipping and insurance must be negotiated and undertaken by the Buyer, Seller or Exchangers.
Correspondence with Buyers, Sellers and Exchangers will be undertaken by confidential email. No details of other parties will be released until a sale or exchange negotiation has been agreed.
Please advise us if you wish your artwork to remain confidential and not featured on the On-line Gallery, and it will be listed separately off-line within Art Rotator.
You may list your artwork in both the Sales and the Exchange Gallery if required. Please advise us on your submission email.
When on the Gallery section, the search box is positioned in the top right. Type in your search criteria. You can search for work by artist, title, medium or subject matter.
When browsing the Galleries, if you hover over any image, artwork details will appear. If you click on the image, you will be taken to a page with further information and where you can click the “Inquire” button to send us a message for more information or request to purchase or exchange the piece.
We list some confidential Seller or Exchanger artwork outside the On-line Gallery; so if you are looking for something specific, please let us know, so we can keep an eye out for anything we think might be of interest to you.
Please use the “Inquire” button on the artwork description page, and add your comments to this form. The form already includes the picture and details of the artwork. We will email you to confirm receipt and forward your enquiry to the Seller or Exchanger, and contact you with their response.
We are always happy to receive inquiry emails, so if you have anything further to ask or any comments to make, feel free to start the dialogue directly with us by email on info@artrotator.com
If the artwork has the wording “Offers Welcome” on the description, please feel free to submit any reasonable offer. We are obliged to refer all offers to the Seller.
If the artwork has the wording “Offers to Buy are Welcome” on the exchange description, please feel free to inquire for further information or submit any reasonable offer for us to relay to the Exchanger.

b) The price you wish to achieve;

f) Do you agree for Art Rotator to potentially show a piece of your artwork in any social media advertisements?;
g) Please include any other information regarding its provenance or history. (Buyers may find it helpful if information about when and where you purchased the artwork, any previous gallery or auction house invoices, and details if you have had it appraised or authenticated by an expert);
h) Has the artwork any damage or condition issues? If so, please ensure details are included in the email to us.
i) We require your PayPal related email address for us to send you any invoices. If you don’t already have a PayPal account, it is free to set up on-line at https://www.paypal.com
Art Rotator will try to list the artwork within a few days of receiving your submission files. It will remain on the site for 120 days or until sold or exchanged. If unsold after 120 days, Art Rotator will email you to review of your listing. You may wish to keep the listing intact, alter the price, add to or remove from the On-line Gallery, move it to or from the Private Listing Schedule or include it on the Exchange Listing. Whatever you decide will incur no further cost.
Please send a simple email to info@artrotator.com with your request. We are always happy to have a review of your artwork and will and either remove the listing, change it to a Private Listing or within the Exchange Service without fuss. There is no charge to move or delete listings.
Payment for artwork and other charges must be arranged outside of Art Rotator. Please refer to our Trade Securely page for more information.
It is free of charge to list artwork for sale on the On-line Gallery or Private Sales Listing.
